Chris Garcia is a writer, editor, archivist, historian, filmmaker, and artist from Boulder Creek, California. Chris has been researching the paranormal since the 90s. He publishes several zines, including Journey Planet (Hugo Award winner, 2015), Cl5aims Department, and the Winchester House-themed Wide Unclasp'd. He is a second generation researcher, has written widely about cryptids and the paranormal, and is currently working on a book about the history of paranormal television.

We will look at the history of the House, the stories surrounding its building, the recounting of what people have experienced, and how development in the area may have something to do with all the fuss... both before and after Sarah Winchester showed up!
