Ghost Investigation Tips and Techniques (Fall gathering)
Charlotte Sanchez-Kosa, of Sacramento, has been a paranormal investigator for 17 years. She is also the founder of the California Haunts Paranormal Investigation Team which has been serving Northern California clients for 15 years. She has led her team, which is based out of Sacramento, Ca., on more than 200 investigations in locations that include residential, commercial and other outdoor areas. Her team has grown to more than 40 members and serves all of Northern California, parts of Oregon, Nevada and parts of Washington. In California, team members are located in central areas like the gold country, bay area, central California and northern California. A journalist and photojournalist by trade, Sanchez-Kosa spent most of her career as a general assignment reporter with concentrations in covering crime and courts, water, county and education issues. She also spent three years as the assistant editor at the Woodland Daily Democrat and nearly a year as editor for the Suisun Patch. She has also held copy editing and page design positions as well. Sanchez-Kosa grew up in a haunted house and those early experiences are what drew her into investigating paranormal phenomena. Wearing several hats, Sanchez-Kosa is writing two books, one paranormal related and the other not. She also is the host of “California Haunts Radio” which airs weekly on Blogtalk Radio.
