Our conventions are held in ADA compliant spaces. Our host hotels feature accessible self-parking and accessible guest rooms, public areas, and meeting rooms. Visual alarms, closed caption TVs, and other accomodations available upon request. 

Additional accessibility services such as sign language interpreters, qualified readers, or other adaptations will be provided by Mystical Minds Convention upon advance request. Please let us know as soon as possible if any such services are required. We may not be able to accomodate last minute requests in a timely manner. The earlier your request is made, the easier it is to ensure that adequate accomodations are secured and in place for you in time for your attendance. If possible, please make your request for accessibility accomodations at least 14 days prior to the gathering you'll be attending.

Chemical sensitivities: We appreciate your understanding that we are not able to control the hotel's use of cleaning products and other chemicals, nor the fragrances and detergents that people choose to use. However, we will ask attendees in our policies to be mindful of people with chemical sensitivities and refrain from using heavily scented products when possible. We will also provide upon request a reserved seating area for people with chemical sensitivities, and we will provide upon request a portable air purifier to use in this area. We will increase ventilation as much as possible.  We urge guests with chemical sensitivities to contact the host hotel prior to arrival with any specific questions or requests for accomodations.
